I recently used AtlantaRoofing.com to replace my roof. I had Trace came out to give me a free estimate to get his expert advice as to whether he thought I had enough damage to make a claim for a new roof to my insurance company. It turned out that he did think I could make a claim, told me what to tell my insurance company & walked me through the entire process. He even offered to come out & meet with the insurance adjuster. Within a month, I had the insurance company approval & Trace put my new roof on Friday. When I got home that night, besides the fact that I had a brand new roof, you never would have guessed I had any work done to my house-they left my house & yard in pristine condition. When I found out that my satellite dish wasn’t working, I left a message for Trace & he called me back that night when he got home and arranged for Barry, his satellite guy, to come out first thing Saturday morning. In addition, because there were a couple of shingles I wanted glued down around the flashing, he arranged for one of his roofing guys, Leo, to come out also. Trace was on top of every step of the process the entire time & I am very happy with the quality of the work done. I have a 10 year transferable labor warranty on the roof & when Trace tells me that it doesn’t matter if its day one or day three thousand & one, if there is any problem he’ll come out immediately and fix any issue to my satisfaction, I believe him.

This past summer, after finding a leak in our Living Room from hail damage, my husband and I knew we needed to get a new roof. We dreaded doing this because of the hassle, the cost, and dealing with our insurance co. Several homeowners in our neighborhood had their houses roofed, and only one was covered by their insurance. They also handled filing the claim, and waited until it was paid before I paid them. We now have a beautiful new roof and don't have to worry every time we have severe weather.
