What Are We Doing Up There??????

The Following steps are being followed by the cres to ensure the safest, most secure, beautiful roof:

1. Your property will be protected by tarps in areas that shingles are discarded.

2. Your old roof and felt will be removed and discarded into the dumpster.

3. Any nails that are left on the decking will be scraped and removed.

4. Bad plywood will be removed and replaced.

5. Water/Ice shield and/or metal flashing will be installed on valleys, skylights and chimneys.

6. New felt and pipe boots will be installed.

7. Starter course of shingles will be applied.

8. New shingles will be applied.

9. Ridge vents will be covered in matching shingles.

10. All pipes will be spray painted in a matching color.

11. Property will be inspected for debris and then cleaned up.

12. A magnetic nail sweep will be performed.
