Noise: Hammering, compressors and air guns, etc...

Foliage: If you have low hanging branches over your roof, some trimming may be necessary. Our crews will cut back only those branches, which limit their ability to do an efficient job. If you have bushes, flowers or shrubbery that need to be protected, please let us know.

What Are We Doing Up There??????

The Following steps are being followed by the cres to ensure the safest, most secure, beautiful roof:

1. Your property will be protected by tarps in areas that shingles are discarded.

2. Your old roof and felt will be removed and discarded into the dumpster.

3. Any nails that are left on the decking will be scraped and removed.

4. Bad plywood will be removed and replaced.

5. Water/Ice shield and/or metal flashing will be installed on valleys, skylights and chimneys.
